Privacy policy
This policy explains, in plain language, how Tridris handles personal information on this website and in the Tridris platform, which checks, traces and records the actions AI agents take.

Who we are
Tridris runs this website and provides the Tridris platform. If you have a question about your data, email us at info@tridris.com.
When you visit this website
We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Our hosting provider, Hostinger, keeps standard server logs, such as IP addresses, browser types and the pages requested, to keep the website secure and running.
When you contact us or apply as a design partner
If you email us or send the design partner form, we receive what you choose to share: typically your name, work email, company and role, and your answers about your AI agents and the systems they use.
We use these details only to review and respond to you. We never sell or rent them.
The form sends your application to us by email from your own email app, and it is kept in our email account, like any email you send us.
We keep application details for 12 months, then delete them.
When your company uses the Tridris platform
When a company uses the Tridris platform, that company decides how it is used and which data it connects. We process that data on the company's behalf and under our agreement with it. If your information is in a company's account, for example because you are one of its customers or staff, please contact that company first; we will help it respond.
What we process
- People who use the service: the names, work emails and roles of the administrators and approvers a company sets up. For passkey approvals we store only the passkey's public key; fingerprints, face scans and private keys never leave the approver's device.
- Action details: each action an agent requests, such as its type, amount, the order or customer it concerns, a new shipping address or email address, and any risk signals the company's systems send. We use them to check the action against the company's limits, route it for approval and, where the company has chosen, carry it out.
- Records: each verifiable record shows which agent acted, under which limits, who approved it and when. Amounts, addresses and other customer details are not written into the record itself; it holds a secure fingerprint of them. We keep the values separately so the company can disclose them, for example to an auditor or in a dispute. Records are never edited once written, and any change to one is detected.
We never store card or bank details. For payments we keep only the payment provider's reference numbers.
How this depends on the way a company uses the service
- Watch: we use read-only access to the company's store and payment systems to replay recent refunds, credits and discount codes against its limits. We change nothing in those systems, and the resulting report is kept in the company's account.
- Decision only: the company's own systems carry out each action with their own credentials, so we never receive credentials that move money. Those systems report the result to us, and we check it read-only against the store.
- Enforce: we hold the store and payment credentials the company provides, keep them only in our service, never give them to agents, and use them only to carry out actions that passed the company's checks.
In every mode we may read recent activity in the company's store and payment systems to compare it with our records and flag any differences.
How we protect it
We do not write secrets or personal data, such as keys, tokens, addresses or email addresses, to our logs. Approval links are signed, expire and are shown only to approvers. If a safety check or part of our service is unavailable, the action does not go ahead.
Retention and service providers
How long we keep a company's data, how it is returned or deleted when the service ends, and which service providers help us run the service are set out in our agreement with that company. We do not sell this data or use it for advertising.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the details you sent us. Email info@tridris.com and we will act on your request. For data held in a company's Tridris account, contact that company; we will help it respond.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal information, we will update this page and the date at the top.
